January 1,
2013 kicked off our “Short Story Fiction Contest”. We had so many requests to run another
contest we decided to open the New Year with it.
The cash
prizes are bigger for the First, Second, and Third place winners. We are
excited to see who the top three winners will be. These three winners will be
on the cover of the Special Edition of the Short
Stories Magazine along with their stories in the magazine and the top ten
runner-ups will have their picture
and stories published in the Short
Stories Magazine.
The top
three winners and the ten runner-ups will have full access to our promotional
venues for their books, year
subscriptions to Southern Writers
Magazine.
The First
place winner will be a guest on Southern
Writers Magazine–Radio Show.
Whether you
are a beginning writer or a published author we hope you will join in and
participate in the contest.
The contest
began January 1, 2013 and ends March 1, 2013.
